Downtown financial firm needs a strong C++ developer who can be a Technical Team Lead. Communication skills must be excellent. Will work with Project Managers and Architects. The environment is Red Hat Linux and they use STL on Linux. New development, no production support. Ideally they would like someone who has developed ECNs and/or algorithmic trading systems where speed and fault tolerance is critical. Mathematical skills will be needed with the algorithmic development.
