Siebel Support Analyst (US/BRAZIL) (45-50K)The focus of the role is two fold, initially providing first line support, with demonstrating the ability and desire develop your skills and responsibilities. Secondly the successful applicant will be expected to work closely with their business areas to help maximize the potential that the move to Siebel offers, through mentoring training and gaining an understanding of their business need and processes.
Requirements:
Required skills and attributes:~ 1-2 years of CRM support experience, within a Siebel environment.~ Strong written and oral communication skills.~ Ability to demonstrate level 1-2 technical skills in some/all of the following; Siebel, Analytics, Actuate, SQL server, SQL, Access, Crystal Reports / Oracle Discoverer or other leading CRM or reporting packages.~ Experience of dealing with complex data structures and proven data management / audit experience.~ Must be a highly motivated self starter who is also a team player.~ Due to exposure of business sensitive information, trust worthiness and discretion is paramount.~ Must be organized with and eye for detail.~ Prior training / mentoring experience is highly desirable.The support team is split into three geographical areas, Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific, each with a Database Manager who is the prime contact for the business within their region. In addition you will be expected to undertake intra regional projects and initiatives. The job holder reports to the Head of Siebel Support in London. US/Brazil.The company is currently rolling out Siebel 7.7 (phase 1) with the United States due for completion by spring 2006. (Phase 2-3 will be in 2007) Therefore an initial period of parallel running and support of our legacy systems in addition to Siebel will be required; therefore experience of SQL server, SQL and VBA would be advantageous.Consults with:~Super-users and end users~Managers at all levels~List Research Managers~Other Database Managers~Head of Worldwide Marketing Systems
