BearingPoint is searching for Business Analyst in our Customer Relationship Management group. The CRM practice examines the key market drivers and specific business processes that support the end-to-end customer experience.
Role Description:
Business Analyst for CRM Strategy, Requirements Definition, Process and Application Design, and Testing of CRM Solutions for the Financial Services Industries
Responsibilities:
- Defining business requirements and assisting clients in prioritizing requirements and developing implementation roadmaps
- Facilitating and documenting strategy, requirements and design discussions with client working groups
- Performing business process analysis and design, focusing extensively on customer-experience related business processes and straight-through processing, but also considering metrics collection and reporting
- Assessing business needs and defining technology solutions to address needs
- Developing detailed functional design documents, business cases, functional test plans and scripts and preparing test data
- Executing integration, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing and tracking defects
- Supporting project planning and administration needs (managing logistics, developing project plans, collecting and reporting on project status and issues)
- Supporting business development or sales initiatives
- Ability to participate in extensive travel (up to 100%) for client meetings and engagements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in a sales or sales support role or in contact center operations - ideally as a supervisor; or
- 1-3 years experience as a Business Analyst for a large project/team developing strategies for and implementing CRM solutions
- 1 year experience with one or more of the leading CRM application packages preferred
- Financial Services experience is ideal
- Bachelor's Degree in an MIS, Financial, or Engineering discipline
