Global Solutions is responsible for developing & driving the Firm?s captive offshore strategy. This Leadership role is central to guiding the Firm?s business units & multiple support groups through the offshoring decision process As part of Global Solutions, the ATC is tasked with: Providing the business units with a standard migration methodology to successfully execute offshore strategies, Engaging Corporate Groups to ensure the appropriate level of due diligence is undertaken by the Project Teams, Acting as a point of escalation for cross business issues & risks, Promoting & sharing ?best practices? amongst business units, Tracking & reporting all firm-wide migration activities to key stakeholder groups, Signing-off before any migration goes live Provide LoB?s with a governance model & standard migration methodology to successfully execute their resource & location strategy, ? Partner with the India TMT {Transition Management Team} & LoB Project Managers to determine which methodology / approach to adopt for each initiative ie: ramp-up, scope expansion, full path migration Ensure the Corporate Groups {ie: Legal, Compliance, Finance, Tax, HR, ORM, IRM, BCM, Audit} are fully engaged in each initiative. Co-ordinate sign-off from the Corporate Groups with respect to the due diligence undertaken by the Project Teams eg: Project Charter, Project Framework Document & Readiness Review Attend project tollgates to ensure the LoB?s adhere to the appropriate migration methodology & approach, Act as point of escalation for cross LoB issues & risks, Promote sharing of best practices across LoB?s, Track & report all firm-wide migration activities to the Global Solutions Steering Committee & other key stakeholder groups Interface with external regulators, auditors and senior managers who want a high level view of all firms offshoring activities. Experience: Change Management ? process analysis & design, offshoring & outsourcing Project Management ? leadership, client focus, results orientated Industry Knowledge ? understanding of offshoring & outsourcing laws & regulations Business Knowledge ? understanding of operations in Credit Card, T&SS, IBO, IB, Technology, AWM. People Development ? training, mentoring Influence skills ? ability to convince people to follow processes and include all the various support groups. Undergraduate degree 5 ? 7 years experience in Operations Successful track record in Strategic Project Management Excellent communication & influence skills ? all levels within the organisation.
