Help Desk - PC Support

Requirements:

- Prior experience in high call volume help desk environment
- Experience with any ticket tracking system (Remedy is use at this location)
- Experience using ACD - Automated Call Distributor
- Experience supporting Windows applications
- Ability to handle up to 60 calls/day
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Solid work ethic
- A+ certification is a big plus
- Must have reliable transportation, location not accessible by public transportation.
