Job Description
Do you thrive on building software that real people use? Come help shape the way DoubleClick looks and works! As a user interface software engineer, you will work on new DoubleClick products and features, developing and designing web applications and front end interfaces to DoubleClick's DART AdServing systems. If you're a smart and strong coder who's interested in building slick user interfaces, this is the job for you.
As a member of a cross-functional team, you will design, code, test, maintain and support web-based UI's for DoubleClick's DART ad-serving systems using .NET technologies. You will collaborate with offshore development teams, and interact with mid-tier engineers, product managers, usability engineers, documentation writers, quality assurance analysts and clients.
Required experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Interactive Media, Interactive Communications, or related field
* 2-5 years work experience
* User Interface design and development of web applications or highly interactive web sites
* C#, ASP.NET and AJAX
* Expert HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
* Knowledge of common web technologies, such as HTTP, XML, DNS, etc.
* Experience with SQL
Optional experience
* Java, JSP, XSL and Web Services
* Agile software development processes; in particular, Scrum
* Test driven development
