Required experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* 1-3 years programming in Java and/or C#
* Three or more years experience in quality assurance activities.
* Experience with the Mercury Tools Quality Center, QuickTest Pro, and LoadRunner, or other similar QA automation suite
* Creative application of variety if testing techniques to ensure that all possible scenarios are covered.
* Ability to work independently, effectively manage multiple activities, and to meet timelines and quality objectives
* Strong organizational skills
* Proven ability to communicate effectively (oral, written and via email)
* Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and negotiating skills
* Good interpersonal skills: teamwork, respect, tact and discretion
* Excellent attention to details
* SQL and relational database concepts (especially in forming queries)


Optional experience
* Administrative level Windows 2000/2003 experience
* Oracle and Linux/UNIX a definite plus
