HRIS/EXCEL Reporting Analyst in New York, NY

Manage day to day system administration, which includes:
o User Management (e.g. adding new users, deleting termed employees, etc.)
o OLF changes (organization/location/function)
o Correspondence management
o Career site integration setup and maintenance
o Content Management/Data Integrity
o Creation and Maintenance of HRIS User Defined Fields
o Job Board and Agency Management Configurations
o Job Template creation and update
Notify users on system changes or updates
Respond to ad-hoc request/projects from various user groups

Perform periodic system audit to monitor system usage and data integrity

Perform data audit for all international hires to prevent discrepancies between data in PeopleSoft and Taleo
Support all recruiting reporting requests - this include standard (e.g. weekly recruiting report) and ad-hoc reports



Experience: HRIS experience is required but will consider someone with general HR experience; Peoplesoft experience is highly desired

Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, macros, formula, charts, etc.); knowledge of MS Access a plus
Prior experience with reporting tools is a plus, especially Business Objects and Crystal Reports
Candidate must possess strong analytic and problem solving skills
Must be customer- and service-oriented
