The NY-based candidate will work within a cross-functional product development team to design, develop and enhance proprietary software products.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Technical Skills (must have):
• 2-5 years of .NET programming experience in VB or C#
• Over 5 years of full lifecycle software development experience
• Solid knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design
• COM/VB, ADO, ADO.NET, XML
• Solid experience with version control software
Experience: Desirable:
• Windows Presentation Foundation
• Experience with programming in VB 6
• Experience with programmatic creation of Word/Excel documents via OLE automation
• Programmatic creation of Acrobat PDF documents
Personal skills:
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Quick Learner
• Ability to analyze complex problems and create efficient designs using established patterns and best practices
• Can multitask and take responsibility for multiple projects and modules
