1) Requirements capture, analysis, and allocation
2) Security Architecture development, documentation and analysis
3) Security Verification Testing and documentation
4) Certification and Accreditation support, e.g. Type 1, Type 2, Type 3, DITSCAP, NIACAP, Common Criteria, etc.
Experience: US Citizen. 5+ years Systems Engineering experience with at least 5+ years in an Infosec role. Candidate must be comfortable working in cross-functional team environment, and possess excellent oral and written communications skills. Information Systems Security Engineer position, who can hit the ground running... i.e. Type 1 Certification, Systems Engineering Experience, Information Assurance Experience.
Pluses: Knowledge of Military Radio Systems, Cryptographic Systems, and the Software Communications Architecture (SCA) is beneficial.
