Jason Roberts is in the process of implementing an end-user training environment to support the needs of our projects being deployed through 2008. Assistance is required in setting up an overall training solution, including the setup of the environment itself along with the associated business processes and identification of skill sets required to support and maintain the smooth flow of constantly changing classes.

Work with other Trainers and SME to Identify Data requirements

Work with end-user training team to Develop the end-to-end process for classroom instruction and loading/testing of structured exercises

Responsibilities:

Project will include the development of an end-to-end solution for our end-user training environment. (Both the technical and business side of implementing the environment). This project has a critical milestone of being completely implemented (testing, pilots, processes, everything complete and ready to go for classroom use) by the end of Q4 2007. Examples of expected activities include (but are not limited to):
. Identification and staging of SAP components to load based on end-user training roadmap.
. Development and documentation of appropriate service level agreements
. Scoping of resources (and roles and responsibilities) required to maintain and support the environment.
. Identification of any troublesome areas in establishing the end-user training environment.
. Development of process for scheduling the environment.

Experience: Prior experience setting up an end-user training environment for a large, geographically dispersed company is a must.
Prior experience in setting up a complex SAP end-user training environment is a must.
