Computer Operator - 1st shift

The candidate should be willing to work an AWS 3/4 schedule, work in Sterling Forest for steady
state support.
Master Console - monitoring and basic operator commands.
HMC - IPL, POR, Time change, SAD, adjust system weights, etc.
JCL coding and debugging.
CA-7 scheduling and abend recovery.
RACF support.
Schedule and process AD-HOC requests.
Perform date & control card parameter changes.
Support ATABASE backup and recovery.
Support IRM automations.
Support FTP & NDM data transfers.
Support a web based, application callout process.
Review and monitor daily batch status via SAS reports.,

The normal daily batch volume is approximately 10,000 jobs and includes the
recovery of 20 abends. There are 5 total LPARs running on a Z9 processor;
these are IPL'd daily and weekly depending on the system.
