Robert Half Technology is currently recruiting for a Java Web Engineer for a large (and growing!) media company in Midtown Manhattan. This position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of middle tier applications for a major website used by millions.
Our client's ideal candidate will be an experienced Java web programmer with the following:
At least 2-5 years of java development in a web environment.
Experienced in JSP, J2EE, and JDBC.
Experience developing on one or more of the major java application servers – e.g. JBoss, Websphere, etc.
Experience in designing highly scalable consumer web applications.
Experience with the ATG Dynamo platform desirable but not necessary.
