Everyday job entails batching of dairy/soy beverages which includes weighing ofingredients, mixing, heating using hot-fill or microthermics machine, homogenizing,
etc. Job also requires use of basic food laboratory equipment such as homogenizer,
hot-fill machines, microthermics, CEM fat and solids analyzer, viscometers, refractometers,
TA analyzers, etc. Knowledge of basic computer skills such microsoft outlook, word
and excel is required. In addition, the job requires basic training in sciences,
such as chemistry or biology or related fields, with food science background a plus.
