• Design, implementation and maintenance of data warehouse ETL processes and reporting to support the company’s sales and marketing processes based on external data sets.
• Definition, design and implementation of corporate analytics data warehouse ETL processes and reporting interfaces to facilitate analysis of the company’s operational and clinical performance metrics (e.g., customer service level metrics, client-based utilization and cost performance, etc.).
• Work with Clinical Informatics Director and related staff to facilitate effective loading and analysis of both external and internal data sets.
• Translate requirements into data models for corporate data warehouse and data marts
• Ongoing Assessment and improvement of ETL processes loading third-party referential data
• Implementation of special initiatives (i.e. ad-hoc requests) in support of analytical/reporting needs of the company and its clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server) and concepts
• Relevant previous experience working with datawarehouses and datamarts

• Previous ETL/ database development experience with T-SQL or PL/SQL
• Database/ Datawarehouse modeling experience
DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Previous healthcare / insurance industry knowledge / background is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of medical codes, familiarity with medical terminology and pharmacy.
• Ability to manage expectations of business “super-users”
• SQL Server 2005 Analysis and/or Integration Services
• DW Tools Experience (i.e. Cognos, BO, Microstrategy, etc)
• Reporting Tools Experience (i.e. Crystal Reports, SSRS)
• Skills in spreadsheet and applications supporting analysis and reporting.
• Oracle 10G and above
• DBA Experience
