JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a 6 months+ contract position in Horseheads, NY.
Job Description: Provides basic troubleshooting assistance and ticket resolution for personal computer users.
Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, and servicing and repairing of systems and equipment.
Answers customer questions and resolves issues. Refers other issues/questions to appropriate personnel/service area/manager for follow up, testing and troubleshooting
Required Skills:
Must have 3+ years desktop support and Windows XP experience. Network or Server experience is a huge plus!!!
