BASIC FUNCTION:As part of M&T’s Consumer Asset Management division, the MIS Analyst II would Support the collections client. This support includes productivity improvement and improving the operational metrics reporting projectsRESPONSIBILITIES: The successful will participate in mid to large-scale Collections technology projects. The position will act as support for between the Collections management and provide analytical support in support of collections objectives. Analyze workflow, recommend improvements to process, design programs, and implement changes. Support current and future collection’s applications on an as needed basis. Provide back up for other Data and analytics employees and overtime rotate into other related positions in the department.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in MIS or Business or 3-5 years work experience within the MIS field or Banking or Collections environmentMinimum of two (2) years experience in the Information Systems field or Collections environment2 years Visual Basic programming experience Access and/or SAS Must be a team player but also be able to perform required duties with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIDEAL QUALIFICATIONS: SAS report writing experience MS SQL MS Office Suit (Access and Excel)
