My client seeks a junior analyst to work in the Investment Administration Department. This position would be considered a hybrid between Operations & IT (more middle office). <p>
<b>The ideal candidate would have a college degree, some finance background as well as some VBA & SQL skills, and 3+ years experience. <br>
Responsibilities would revolve around the regular maintenance and administration of an Excel-based performance system (verification & attribution of PL, fee calculations, hurdles, NAV's; adjusting code periodically; reviewing all internal reports, as well as external, reports before distribution).</b><p>
There would be extensive interaction with multiple departments within the firm. This person would need to support the operations team during end of day processes.<p>
