Senior Integrated Process Project Manager in New York, NY

Our client is a leader in biomedical research and pharmaceuticals seeking a highly experienced Project Manager. Job Functions for this contract position: Establishes base lining process and ensures integrity of the schedules Participates in schedule related Change Management Process Maintains the IT PMO program level Risk and Issues Log Adapts to assume new or evolving responsibilities as the PST structure maturesResponsibilities will include:Coordinating the collection inputs to support program and executive reporting needs within the timeframes outlined by the Program Lead Collecting and monitoring appropriate Key Performance Indicator information and metrics in order to meet WT IT PMO objective Supporting the timely delivery of Project & Program progress and status reports as assigned Supporting the Interfacing with Integration work streams for data capture, cataloging and reporting to evaluate savings, benefits, and cost avoidance against baseline, scope, deliverables and funding model Supporting maintaining program level schedule Supporting the coordination scheduling with project team and other Enterprise Management Teams Supporting the gathering of required documents and communicating any observed changes into the Scheduling, Reporting and Tracking Systems Providing guidance to project schedulers and their enterprise tool related issues Monitoring the base lining process and ensuring integrity of the schedules Participating in schedule-related Change Management Process Other miscellaneous tasks as needed Experience: More than 15 years experience in leading major projects Proven track record in large program management leadership Knowledge of Project Management Approaches and Techniques (PMI) Expertise in Project and program management; experience with infrastructure and support operations a plus Experience with MS Project scheduling software Significant experience with driving change in large organizations Excellent planning and execution skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Organizational skills and ability to deal with multiple teams simultaneously Ability to deal with ambiguity BS and / or MS in Computer Science or Systems Engineering ITIL certification preferred Pharmaceutical knowledge a plus To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
