What you will be doing!- Managing IT teams - Production - Development (.Net) - Network Security and Backup- Managing external client hosting deployments- Managing stellar development team (possibly incorporating 3rd party and remote developers)- Developing and launching consumer Internet products (video games) What you need!- Strong Fundamentals in Microsoft Technologies and More (Sql Server, IIS, Windows OS, .NET, ASPX, C++)- Knowledge of Software development life cycle and best practices- Must have experience dealing with a High Volume, High Traffic website- Experience with Transactional Systems that have scaled to multiple concurrent users- Strong with databases (SQL SERVER & MYSQL) both with Regard to Replication and Scale- Checkpoint Firewall and VPN access- Setting up version control systems (SVN)- Create aggregated bandwidth and usage reporting systems - Establishing organizational processes and protocols for software development companies- Excellent Client Facing Skills and an ability to be a public face for the company at industry shows- Experience managing and developing budgets- Manage longer technical directions and principles of the companyWhat's a plus!- Video Game Industry experience- Development of Video Games If you are the next CTO of our video game company, we look forward to your resume!We appreciate your patience as we receive many excellent applications.
