The Business Change Managers will lead and coordinate project deployment preparation activities, working closely with local cross functional business representatives. Business Change Manager's duties include: - Country / business impact analysis - Development and agreement to country implementation plan - Preparation and agreement to cross functional activity split - Coordination of training, communication and user adoption plans - Management of transition plan, testing and data migration activities - Preparation of business and country "go live" readiness assessment - Preparation and agreement for post-implementation support plan Required Skills: - College degree - Min. 5+ years experience in Project Management, Systems Deployment or Business Process Analyst role. - A proven track record in a role where project management expertise in technical, product, financial markets or systems has been developed. - Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organization. - Ability to work under pressure, against deadlines - Front-line experience with customer interaction would be beneficial. - PMI qualification or any equivalent project management qualification desired - Knowledge of systems, CRM applications (Siebel or similar packages), Peregrine and Customer Administration/Order Management systems desired To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
