Lightstreamer Consultant in New York, NY

Genesis10 is seeking a Lightstreamer Consultant for our large Investment Banking client in New York City on a contract basis. This role will involve support work. Must know the product very well since you will be the only person on the team to know the product. Current version of Lightstreamer the client is using is Vivace 3.4.6 build 1391 Responsibilities: - Installing and configuring Lightstreamer on both NT / XP / Unix environment. - Livestreamer instance refresh. - Tracing production issues with the help of lightstreamer log files. - Clearing logs, tacking disc space issues for lightstreamer. - Lightstreamer package built activity. Experience: Required Skills/Experience - Well versed with Lighstreamer server{ Version : Vivace 3.4 / 3.5 }, Lightstreamer web client (ver 4.3) / Flex client (ver 1.2) / Java ME/SE Client. - Strong knowledge of Unix administration. - Strong knowledge of AJAX / Java adapters. - Good understanding of apache and http server. - Hands-on experience of installing and configuring Lightstreamer on both NT / XP / Unix environment.
