Might consider someone with a TN Visa.Primary Description/Responsibilities.Seeking a Project Manager to lead the global integration of CISCO Contact Center into all of the client's company Call Centers. This position will be required to support all infrastructure aspects of this program. Candidate must have CISCO Contact Center, IPCC, UCC and Call Center background. Candidate must be strong with implementation, ITIL processes and developing support models for new implementations. Looking for someone to develop management processes including - Change, Configuration, Incident and SupportJOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: 1. MUST HAVE 5 years working with Call Center Environments2. MUST HAVE previous 5 years Program Management experience3. MUST be proficiency with CISCO Contact Center4. MUST have Data Center Implementations5. College Degree or equivalent experience6. PMP Certified is a MUST7. Flexible availability for work hours to change frequently8. Clear verbal and written communication9. Experience working with all levels of management - including Executive Level10. Ability to work without direction; take initiative; be a self starter11. Proficiency in MS Operating Systems and Local Networks Salary Range: $50 - 70/hour W2 (needs to be local)Note: No 3rd party Vendors, NO SUBS, NO Corp-to-Corp, NO H1B VISAs, NO F1 Visa.
