Technicians Duties Primary Responsibility: Recover Exchange Mailboxes via tape (DAT/DLT) utilizing Arcserve, NetBackup or NT Backup, which includes: Local Restores: Locate and identify tape from storage area. Load tape into servers. Merge tape into the catalog database. Perform restores for tape-based media (DAT/DLT). Provide initial prognosis of Arcserve, NetBackup or NT Backup problems.
