Senior PS with CO Functional SAP Consultants:
REPORTS TO Production Team Lead

POSITION BASE USA (located New York)
SAP Modules Required:
' Main focus - Excellent in-depth technical knowledge coupled with extensive
hands-on experience of configuring and delivering project structures,
project accounting, result analysis, aspects of MM or CO. We don't use inventory
' Secondary focus - A sound technical knowledge coupled with good hands-on
experience of configuring and delivering business solutions in SD.
' The other key prerequisite is an excellent understanding of the
integration points between the SD and MM or CO modules, together with a sound
grasp of those between the logistics modules and FI, PS & CO.
Beneficial:
' Some prior configuration experience and familiarity with Resource related
billing and CATS in 4.6C will be very helpful, as will some configuration
experience in the HR module.
' Global implementation experience, particularly within a SAP COE will be a
distinct advantage.
' Prior experience of adapting SAP to a Service sector environment would be
definitely advantageous, as would some knowledge and experience of BW.
' BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION
Working as Procurement/Billing Implementer in the SAP OMS team your
responsibilities include:
' Actively promote the global template approach within the organization
' Prime responsibility for designing, developing, implementing and
controlling the MM module areas of the templates to meet global and
local legal/business requirements (ensuring all core OMS business
requirements are maintained, new business needs are proactively supported,
and new SAP functionality delivers business benefits)
' Overall responsibility for the execution and control of all MM aspects of
Master Client configuration, and for comprehensive Regression testing before
any changes are released to the Production environment
' Liaise with other COE OMS members to maintain and apply coherent,
optimised, integrated, and standardised processes
' Liaise with other COE teams to communicate OMS MM or CO aspects, and co-ordinate
and optimise cross-module requirements
' Prepare comprehensive documentation required according to methodology for
all MM aspects
' Prepare formal ABAP specification documentation as required
' Support the entire implementation effort during all project stages,
ensuring that in areas of assigned responsibility milestones and related
sign-offs are achieved on a timely basis and in accord with current project
plan
' Monitor progress of all MM or CO tasks against project plan
' Actively promote the global template approach within the organization
' Involvement in SAP R/3 demonstrations as required
' Any other duties as directed by the Global OMS manager.
