Our deep industry knowledge, broad technical skills, and Multishore methodology enable organizations to achieve one view of customer information and improve internal efficiency, increase business growth, and enhance the customer experience.We are seeking a CRM / Siebel Consultant to join our team of experts in Amsterdam practice.In this hands-on, client focused role, Consultant at Innoveer is an integral part of the engagement team and requires a strong client service focus and a desire to develop new skills.Primary responsibilities include all or some of the following: Documenting functional requirements Configuring and customizing software Data integration / development Training end users Identifying and communicating project issues appropriately Required qualifications: Bachelors' degree in computer science or related field Minimum of 2 years technical consulting or related experience Good basic technical or functional background in Seibel or other major CRM application, including implementation, scripting, data modeling, QA testing and/or reporting Experience with one or more of the following: Technical Design Application integration Marketing and analytics Data migration application integration and/or web-based development Strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent client presence, communication and presentation skills Ability to grasp new technologies quickly Solid interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively within a team and client organizations English fluency; fluency in Dutch is preferred; additional fluency in other European languages is a plus.
