Provide vision, planning, budgeting, and leadership for building out a scalable, reliable, high-performance systems architecture <br>
Work closely with financial analysts, developers, and DBA to gather requirements and provide support <br>
Lead talented group of IT engineers, from helpdesk and operations to planning and executing strategic projects <br>
Implement SLA with performance and uptime goals <br>
Manage queue of projects, negotiating priorities and scheduling, and keeping stakeholders informed <br>
Hands on and involved—yet able to delegate <p>
Reporting Relationship:<br>
The Senior Systems Admin will report to the Director of Information Technology. Three engineers will report to the Senior Systems Administrator<p>

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience <br>
Proven expertise with designing and operating high-capacity enterprise architectures based on Windows Server, Exchange and Cisco <br>
In depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, and SNMP protocols <br>
Proficient in IT best practices and processes such as ITIL <br>
Experienced with storage, security, imaging, virtual machine technologies, and network change management tools <br>
Expertise with Linux, disaster recovery, clustering, and SAN technologies a plus <br>
Experience in financial services a plus <p>
Education:<br>
Minimum of 4-year degree, preferably in Computer Science or MIS <br>
MCSE, Cisco, and PMI certifications a plus <p>
