We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to develop and manage project plans with an emphasis on the development of production processes.Coordinate assigned projects using project planning methodology and software. Identify required resources and work with team to perform project estimation, identify risks and manage risk mitigation plan, develop schedules to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects. Work with business team to define functional requirements and specification and translate them into functional specifications. Work closely with the development team through the implementation of the functional specifications and translation to technical work packages. Provide absolute clarity to all project stakeholders regarding project progress and risks by written updates (usually weekly) regarding the project's status. Coordinate resource allocation with other projects and Project Managers. Work with senior management to ensure adequate resources are put in place for the project duration. Obtain sign-off from the business team and client throughout the development cycle to ensure the solution meets their acceptance requirements. Bachelor's Degree required Minimum 5-7 years experience (10+ yrs preferred) managing medium+ sized project teams, preferably for software development. Extensive experience with MS Project Server (Project Central) is a plus Must have experience in business/systems analysis and requirements documentation.
