We have an immediate need for a PVCS/Changeman Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Details
The person in this role will be responsible for
1) Development of an "air traffic control" process to manage code changes to a single code base across multiple projects on multiple platforms;
2) Implementation and enforcement of this process;
3) Coordination across all relevant project teams to understand forward schedule, components being changed, and coordination across other projects to minimize impact;
4) Provide transparency and reporting across all projects; and
5) assist with scheduling changes/prioritizations.
Enhance the Wealth Management System applications to provide multi-currency to support new client requirement.
Required skills:
Must be local to New York City Very Experienced release manager The person in this role will be responsible for

On the mainframe the change control/release packaging tool is Changeman; on the front end the change control tool is PVCS.
The resource should have familiarity with these tools.
Nice to have skills:
Good excel skills and an ability to use a mainframe are desirable.
Mainframe use is limited to using and browsing the changeman tool.
