• 5+ years of technical experience – some experience with database administration and analytics a major plus.<br>
• 3+ years of extensive experience using relational databases – in particular Microsoft SQL Server.<br>
• Strong SSIS/DTS Skills Required, as well as, experience developing and tuning high performance, secure scalable and reliable business systems.<br>
• Knowledge of and previous work with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2005.<br>
• Ability to understand, write and debug complex Microsoft Transact-SQL (T-SQL) for both queries and stored procedures.<br>
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports<br>
• Great Plains experience desirable.<br>
• Ability to think logically for interpreting and analyzing problems assigned or encountered.<br>
• Detail oriented with the ability to work independently.<br>
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, problem solve, and communicate effectively with both technical and business users. <br>
• Strong organizational and time management skills. <br>
