JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an expert-level Flex developer with understanding of developing Rich Internet Applications.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years of professional Flash development.
- 2+ years of professional Flex development.
- Expert knowledge of ActionScript 3 and OOP concepts.
- Experience building data-driven Flash & Flex applications.
- Experience with scripted animation techniques and effects.
- Good Understanding of Flex Component Life Cycle.
- Experience working with Cairngorm / PureMVC.
- Good Understanding of Design Patterns.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Flex performance on multiple browsers & operating systems.
- Professional experience in architecting, developing and web-based applications under a Java-based application server platform.
- Knowledge and experience with open-source applications, utilities and frameworks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of Flash Media Server
- Knowledge of BlazeDS / Live Cycle Data Service.
- Experience dealing with cross browser issues
- Practical understanding of the common business processes underlying software development
