MHHE has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst in our Digital Technology Group in New York, NY. The Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst will analyze & test all software submissions, using Quality Center, Bugzilla, Mercury WinRunner, LoadRunner, & Quality Test Pro. Responsibilities: Report on technical quality issues & potential support problems & make recommendations for improvement. Provide technical assistance to contracted developers & in-house Project Managers to ensure that ultimate results are accurate & conform to industry standards. Develop & implement in-house testing lab, which includes lab configuration & overall functionality of testing equipment. Manage all defect issues based upon software specifications (as needed). Develop automated QA scripts to run regression tests & performance tests. Maintain project QA control & error tracking tools. Master's in Computer Science & 2 yrs in position offered or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science& 5 yrs in position offered.
