Position: Oracle Business AnalystLocation: Terry town, NYDuration: Fulltime*** GC's or US Citizens only ***Summary: Responsible for day to day support and maintenance of client's Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) software and related modules. Part of the Oracle Applications team that will be the primary resource for this application. Provide implementation, configuration and support services for additional Oracle based projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:-Works as part of a team to provide support for OPM and related modules from requirements gathering, through configuration, testing and production migration.-Responsible for documenting the system in compliance with FDA regulations relating to computerized systems.-Works closely with management and all areas that will use the functionality of OPM.-Works closely with Quality group to ensure Information Systems are developed, implemented and maintained according to system development life cycle approach.-Support and maintain Oracle Applications throughout the project life cycle, which includes assisting in trouble shooting, functional errors, issue resolution, etc.-Work with Oracle support services to resolve customer open issues.-Work closely with client's Oracle DBA(s) to resolve technical issues and request patches.-Provide configuration management for application enhancements.-Custom Report Requirements Gathering, documentation and development-Other duties as necessary.Knowledge and Skills:-Strong knowledge of Oracle Applications (Primarily OPM)-Strong written and verbal communication skills-Ability to train end users on proper use of software and suggest process improvements-Oracle Discoverer knowledge desirable by not requiredEducation and Experience:Requires BS/BA in related field with 3 years of relevant experience; will substitute relevant experience for education.
