We have an immediate need for a Technical Documentation Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelors Degree -- 3 yrs experience.
PROCESS & PROCEDURE DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST
Identify work instructions needed to support service manual development via solution
requirements mapping activities. Develop and maintain work instructions and associated
templates for document development, management activities and individual training
activities.
Support extended teams by developing and maintaining account specific work instructions
and templates for technical services.
Perform quality check for GDP controls on all approvals (e.g, SIMs, work instructions,
templates, periodic reviews).
Administer/manage periodic document review cycle, internal and customer approval activity,
retention and obsolete processing.
Manage document posting to and archiving from the Regulatory Services database.
Unique Transformation of Customer SOPs to client documentation.
Collection / retention of hardcopy wet ink approvals
Create installation qualification and operational qualification test
scripts/procedures/processes.
