Experience: We are currently seeking two to create design documents. Resource(s) need to have a software background and understands formal process, strong writing skills and has written design documents before. Could just be a technical writer with a software background. The resources will only be expected to focus on writing our design documents so that the developers don't have to shift gears and write docs. They would have to understand software and UML well enough to generate the docs.
