IT Auditor - JS-1223 in New York, NY

Fortune 500 company has multiple openings for IT Auditors. Locations are NY, Chicago, and Texas. Candidate will execute information technology audits and support operational and financial audits from an IT perspective throughout the company. Identify risks and control that may impact on the integrity of reported financial information, the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and controls and/or the achievement of business objectives. The role will require strong analytical, execution and presentation skills. This role will focus primarily on integrated and SAP audits. BS degree, Information Management, MIS, Finance with IT minor, Accounting with IT minor or related combinations or degrees with business and technical mix 3. SAP technical skills 4. Program Management Methodology skills 5. Broad understanding of business functions and processes and how they are supported by IT 6. Understanding of core IT general control processes (eg Change Management, System Development Lifecycle, Information Security, IT Operations etc.) 7. Up to 90% travel (Domestic and/or International) 8. Knowledge of CobiT, ISO, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO) 9. Relevant certification (eg CPA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CCSA, CIA, CPE etc.) Preferred: 1. Knowledge of Computer Assisted Analysis Tools (CAATS) such as ACL, Security Scanning Tools, MS Access, SQL 2. Masters in Information Management, MIS or similar field 3. Fluent in English and Spanish 4. Experience in a public company environment as it relates to risks and controls in the Sarbanes-Oxley realm 5. Working knowledge of manufacturing, consumer production or other workflow and business processes 6. Knowledge of the financial reporting process 7.
