We have an immediate need for a MAC / PC Support Technician JOB DESCRIPTION CDI Business Solutions currently has an immediate indefinite part time contract opening for a MAC and PC Deskside Support Technician for our client in Manhattan to: - Provide PC / Mac desktop technical support and troubleshooting to internal clients. - Monitor Heat ticketing queue to insure customer requests are addressed in a timely manner - Document all troubleshooting in Heat ticket or as prescribed by the project leader. - Inform the user of any unusual delays in the resolution of his/her call. Required skills include: PC / Mac troubleshooting experience with XP and OSX operating systems and related software. Microsoft Office software, Adobe Creative Suite, Lotus Notes, and connectivity software (dial-up, broadband, wireless, etc.). Basic understanding of networking is required. TAKE ACTION!
