Business Analysts With IVR Project Experience in New York, NY

We have long term contract needs for Business Analysts with IVR/Avaya or Genesys platform experience. The Business Analysts with IVR will be responsible for helping Customer Service Center analyze and optimize the IVR. This includes:Analysing and evaluating current IVR process flows Leading cross functional team to understand and capture requirements Making recommendations to management team on proposed changes to the IVR Analyze IVR usage to drive future functional changes and reporting needs Business Analyst REQUIREMENTS:Demonstrated excellent communications skills and experience leading cross-functional teams. 5-8 years of relevant experience with business process analysis and requirements development. Solid understanding of technologies and processes that support the IVR.
