MUST have experience in a technical support role at a futures trading firm. MUST understand how the futures/bond market auctioning process works. The Help Desk Analyst is a customer service position that assists Traders with day to day questions and issues with the usage of the proprietary software brokerage platform. Position will help users with application support for fixed income and other electronic trading applications. Required Skills :-An intermediate understanding of how the bond market/futures AUCTIONING PROCESS works - which means candidate will be able to explain in detail OR prior experience on a fixed income trading desk a MUST -Successful applicants must have previous customer service experience with strong communication skills. -Position requires excessive follow through with internal and external groups in a time sensitive environment. -Holder of Series 7, 63 or 21 is a huge plus but not necessary. -Ability to work well under pressure in a fast pace environment-Must be proactive and possess a can-do approach -Flexible and be willing to help out team when needed.
