Client focused position will help maintain relationships, provide user and application support for our fixed income and other electronic trading applications. Required Skills:- Prior experience on a fixed income trading desk or other familiarity with bond auctioning process is a must. - Solid understanding of Windows, UNIX and networking is also needed. - Successful applicants must have previous customer service experience with strong communication skills. - Position requires excessive follow through with internal and external groups in a time sensitive environment. - Holder of Series 7, 63 or 21 is a huge plus but not necessary. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast pace environment- Must be proactive and possess a can-do approach - Flexible and be willing to help out team when needed.
