About the Job: CTG has an immediate need for a Recent Information Technology (IT) College Grad with our client located in Corning, New York. Job Title: IT Order Fulfillment Representative Day to Day Responsibilities: Process global services request along with routing to second level IT groups. This job requires: . Associates Degree in IT related field required . IT Internship/co-op related experience a plus . Solid technical foundation . Dependability . Attention to detail . Excellent customer service and communication skills . Some technical ability with the interest to expand knowledge. . The ability to troubleshoot and respond quickly and effectively. . The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. . Good organization and prioritization skills are essential. . Able to work independently or in a team environment . Self motivated . Able to meet timelines and deliver on action items assigned via internal team or project tasks. . Process oriented mind set and ability to identify improvement areas. . Ability to work with individuals of all ethnicities and levels of the organization The position will require fulfilling a broad range of IT services (on the job training is provided) ranging from: . NT Accounts . Home Shares . Authorization codes . Calling Cards . Cell Phones . Blackberries . Voice Mail boxes . Various PeopleSoft Accounts . Remote Access Accounts .
