Project ManagerAdecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has a client with an immediate opening for a Financial Media Product Manager/Business Analyst to work a contract opportunity with a leading intelligence information company located in New York, NY .Project Summary and Position Overview:As the Project Manager for Corporate Online Communications, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of all applications developed by the team, including Intranet applications. The successful candidate would become a member of the core online communications team, managing the project pipeline and roadmaps for each application, as well a overseeing the day-to-day efforts of the technical team and other contractors. The role is pivotal in ensuring continuous improvement in the tools we deliver to our customers, both internal and external. Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Serve as the project management lead on all development projects for internal and external projects, guiding product teams and helping manage day-to-day delivery of Front End design and development and coordinating with the technical team to ensure successful integration with Back End development Plan and implement online communications projects, within agreed deadlines and allocated budgets, working closely with internal and external team members Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements Create and manage project-planning documents, budgets and return on investment information Coordinate pipeline and development efforts with CMIS team and other online communications team members, ensuring appropriate prioritization, scheduling and assignment of resources Source and manage external vendors & contractors to provide creative services for all channels for new projects as well as ongoing improvementsQualifications: Bachelors Degree Significant (5 years) experience building enterprise-wide applications for large companies, either as in-house staff or as a consultant Significant experience with intranets and/or online marketing tools for global companiesRequired Skills: Demonstrated mastery of project management for complex Web applications Demonstrated leadership ability, successful execution and implementation skills, organizational skills, decision making ability, and superior team management and influencing skills Strong verbal and written communication.
