Please find below the job description and revert with your profile to so that we can take it forward.This position is responsible for the expert technical knowledge of and ability to effectively implement products of the chosen solution expertise both single Business Unit multi-product solutions and cross Business Unit multi-product integrations within the client environment. Key Responsibilities:Ability to accurately and efficiently architect and implement products of chosen expertise as a single Business Unit multi-product solution and/or a cross Business Unit multi-product integrated solution within the client environment through utilizing CA Services Best Practices. Meet or exceed customer expectations by designing, scoping, assessing and delivering solutions that address the client's business requirements and are within the ''Scope of Work'' as agreed to by CA and Customer. Effectively troubleshoot technical integrated solution implementation issues for solutions of chosen expertise. As a project technical team member contribute product and solution expertise, and provide project planning support as required to deliver a successful client engagement. Adhere to Time and Expense Policy as posted on QMS. Meet target Billable Utilization objective as defined for this role. Serve as a mentor to Associate Services Architects who are actively engaged as part of the project team on assigned client engagements. Demonstrate a commanding ability to assess the client's current infrastructure, business requirements and planned budget to effectively position a complete CA solution that adheres to CA Services Best Practices. Help build the knowledge base in the communities in which you choose to participate in – including lessons learned, best practices, tools, and methods and learning events using SharePoint as the enabling technology. Adhere to CA Policies of Code of Conduct/Ethics, Security and any required training available at LMS. Typical Role Definition: A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Complete understanding and wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in the field. General knowledge of other related disciplines. Strong competence with the various tools, procedures, programming languages used to accomplish the job. Usually works with minimal supervision, conferring with a supervisor on unusual matters. May be assisted by (and at times direct) less senior level employees. Requires daily decision-making capabilities and actions that may not be reviewed by superiors. Assignments are broad in nature and need ingenuity and originality to solve. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. May play a role in high-level projects that have an impact on the company's future direction. Business Travel and Physical Demands: Business travel of approximately 30 or less percent yearly is expected for this position. Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or business related field. Work Experience:Typically 8 or more years of work experience as an IT professional are required for this position. Must be educated in Information Technology and prefer a minimum of 3 years experience at an IT professional services organization in an architect specific position. Strong business knowledge is required to properly align CA Solutions with customer requirements and expectations. Industry specific experience is a plus. Skills:Demonstrate ability to engage in hands-on implementation of software technology at a complex level for single Business Unit multi-product solutions and/or cross Business Unit multi-product integrated solutions of chosen expertise preferably CA eHealth, Spectrum, NSM, Autosys. Proven comprehension of solutions capabilities and how the solution is designed to be integrated into the client environment. Must possess advanced technology troubleshooting skills for products of chosen expertise and for complex integrated solutions. Ability to understand, design, assess, scope and communicate how solution(s) of chosen expertise resolve typical client business needs. Must have excellent written and oral professional communication. Certifications:Industry certification with active status as required; i.e. CISSP, ITIL, etc... Within first 90 days must achieve CA product training and certification in chosen CA solutions of expertise as agreed to by your Manager. Also complete all associated solution training. External hardware, operating system or specific technology certifications are a plus. Must maintain updated training as required annually.
