Must have 4-5+ years of Kronos experience.� Version 6.0 is preferred, 5.1 is OK.� Should have some experiecne with other HR systems as well, such as Peoplesoft, ADP, etc. this is not a must but HUGE plus.� Will be doing Configuration, upgrades, generating reports, tweaking, etc. Must have Back End experience.� Some SQL or Crystal reports would be a big plus, healthcare is a plus and a BA degree is a big plus.� Need to have a solid job history, even if past engagements have been consulting they need to be long term, no 3 months here, 6 months there, etc.� They are not looking for a PM but a BA!client�is constantly seeking to add qualified people to its workforce. At present, we have openings for the following:We appreciate your interest in our Business Analyst \ Application Support Information Services position:Department: Information Services, Operations Support Group Description: The Operations Support Group provides business systems analysis and support for up to 30 different applications used by core operations departments throughout the company. The Business Analyst plays a key role as subject matter expert and technical consultant throughout the lifecycle of their assigned applications being heavily involved in planning, implementation and production support. The Analyst is responsible for managing end-user client relationships while responding to critical and routine application support requests as well as interfacing with software vendors and consultants for both development and support. In this position you will be primarily responsible for providing application support to our internal HR and Payroll departments. You may be required to support applications or projects for other departments as needs arise.Requirements:SKILL SETS:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documentsAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business communityMust be able to coordinate resources with System Analyst Programmers and other staffAbility to effectively present information to top management, client groups,�client user community, and/or Boards of DirectorsAbility to use concepts of basic mathematics to resolve business issuesAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variablesAbility to manage multiple projects at one time and effectively manage prioritizing those projects and meeting the needs of our clientsEXPERIENCE:At least 5 years related experience as a techncial BA supporting Kronos.
