This network consists of more than 10 Novell (in the process of converting to Microsoft) and Unix Servers which serve 2,000 users. The organization has over 2,000 networked workstations statewide. These positions will be assigned to the Call Center and Desktop Support teams of User Services section. Call Center staff are the first level customer supoprt contacts for network users.
