Job Title: Cisco Network Engineer Project Duration: Long-Term Project Location: Corning, New York Required Years and Area of Experience (minimum required for consideration): - 2+ years experience Required Skills: (MUST possess) Cisco CIPT certification Large Call Manager installation Unity Connections voicemail installation and maintenance Technical experience in a large, diverse corporate environment Education: CIPT Certification Experience: 2-3 years Responsibilities Day to Day Responsibilities: Responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, optimization and maintenance of Cisco IP Telephony. Deployment and support of IP Telephony infrastructure and applications, which include Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connections Messaging and Cisco IPT end-points. Participate as part of team responsible for project planning and upgrades to network infrastructure and IP Telephony systems. Maintain and update Cisco IPT support documentation. Audit telephony systems for security and standards compliance. Provide user support and communicate with vendor support personnel. Travel occasionally required supporting a variety of corporate locations including international destinations.
