A well known Financial company based out of New York City is looking for a Product Manager/Sr. Business Analyst. Role: The Assistant Product Management position will be within the WSS Client Access Product and Program Management Team and will have overall responsibility for assisting with the strategy development and application development projects for two key Client Access Applications: Corporate Actions Instruction (CAI) and Transaction Initiation (TI). CAI and TI are global, web-based applications that allow clients to submit corporate action, trade and cash instructions. The assistant product position involves building out the product strategy for TI and CAI by analyzing client behavior and usage, competitive intelligence and segment/regional demands. This position involves working with Client key constituents across the WSS organization (core Business Product Team, Technology, and Client Service) to help build out the overall strategy for TI and CAI for the next 3 years. Additional focus of the position is to drive major application releases by leading efforts to prioritize application development requests, developing business requirements, creating testing strategy, assisting with release testing (UAT and PVT), and developing communications for key stakeholders (clients and internal constituents). Finally this position will involve assisting with production support, helping to resolve complex client inquiries relating to TI and CAI. Working in Client Access will provide the candidate a unique opportunity to gain broad knowledge of how WSS delivers its products to clients. Responsibilities: . Develop competitive assessment for TI and CAI products . Determine client and segment priorities for TI and CAI . Analyze client usage patterns on TI and CAI . Lead application enhancement releases: determine priorities, build out requirements, develop testing strategy, assist with testing, develop communication materials for key internal and external stakeholders . Develop a multi-year execution roadmap for TI and CAI .
