Director of Applications and Infrastructure in New York, NY

One of Ajilon's clients in the Manhattan area is looking for a Director of Applications and Infrastructure for an Imaging company. The qualified candidate should possess the following qualifications: Responsible for technical vision, strategy and structure of the client's systems. Responsible for technical infrastructure such as, web hosting, data storage, back-up and recovery, network connections, user support. Outsourcing activities and interacting with vendors. Responsible for all company systems: web site, order/invoices, accounting system integration, file delivery, digital asset management systems, accounting system. System architect and team leader for development group. Ensure adequate back-up, disaster recovery and system documentation procedures are in place. Requirements: C#, .NET T-SQL (MS SQL Server) JavaScript, HTML and CSS *** Experience with CVS would be a plus!!!! ***Experience with ActionScript and Flash would be a plus!!! *****Experience and/or knowledge of image databases and video/picture archiving***** MUST be LOCAL and commutable to the NYC area.
