The tool also may have been referenced as Tivoli Service Request Manager. The Project Manager should be experienced in leading and coordinating with cross organizational teams. Experience in Transition, and Transformation of commercial customers is highly desired. The PM should be able to work domestic US workdays (Monday Friday), with possible after hours and weekend overtime. The PM would typically work from home, but must have the ability to travel to domestic US locations as required by the Transition/Transformation team. PMI certification is desirable.
