$125K To perform and to lead others in performing: Analysis, design, development, modification, integration, implementation, and maintenance of this law firms' software applications. To provide on-going support for Firm's software user community to ensure software quality and to increase applications' accountability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 35% Software Analysis and Design:Perform thorough, methodical analysis to gain a complete understanding of business requirements and provide solid technical solutions through active participation in application analysis and design sessions. Make recommendations to the Project Manager as to the best approach from a technical perspective in consideration of risk, maintainability, and scalability. 30% Software Coding and Implementation:Develop complex program modules that meet design specifications. Develop reusable code that is easy to maintain. 10% Methodology Milestones and Phases:It is the responsibility of this position to perform all work within the guidelines defined in The GTS Prism methodology. This includes technical documentation, functional specifications, rollout documentation and test scripts. The scope of this responsibility is the full systems development life cycle. 15% Production Support:Quickly isolate and resolve non-standard and standard production problems reported by the clients. Troubleshoot various applications. 5% Continuing Education:Keep up to date on emerging technologies and maintain certifications through affiliation with our software vendors, peers (internal and external), web research, training, etc. 5% Day-to-day Teamwork:Share business and technical knowledge. Attend team meetings. Foster a team environment. Perform technical interviews of technology candidates. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and mentor junior members of the Applications Services team.
